The CEO and founder of BPS Global, mr. Zhang, received his MBA with honors from the university of Chicago and a Ph. D. in engineering from the university of Cambridge as a winner of a full China-Britain friendship scholarship scheme, he has had an extensive background in logistics. Some of which include being the Director of Business Development & CFO as well as one of three board members of DPD China, a subsidiary of the French postal service company La Poste. Other relevant experience include:

• Business & Financial Planning & Management for Geopost involving business development and M & A (merger & acquisition) in Asia.
• International business, supply chain management and IT
• Management of the entire process of the acquisition of a Chinese logistics and express company
• Several consulting projects in Logistics, Parcel, Express, supply chain management and international e-commerce

After realizing a market gap between the more expensive big integrators like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and the less reliable but cheaper China Post, mr. Zhang decided to cater to the needs of the audience in this mid section. BPS Global was born.
