Consolidation

For individuals and business owners living overseas we offer our consolidation services to create a more cost-efficient way of purchasing goods and sourcing from China. There is no need to buy separately from several suppliers and have them send you the goods individually which involves several logistics costs and duty taxes. Just send the goods to our warehouse and we can consolidate them into one shipment and send them to an address of your choosing. No shipment is too small or too big.

Your suppliers in China will normally send the shipment to the international hub in Shanghai for a transfer to go overseas. Since our warehouse is based at this hub there will be no delay in transit time for you.

Door to Door parcel service

The China – Europe parcel service is our in-house “door to door” service, meaning from pickup to delivery, that we offer to you with much pride. The reason we take pride in our service is because we can offer you a transit time of only 1 or 2 days longer than big integrators in the market like DHL etc. at a reduced cost. Also we can provide you with a track & tracing code so that you can follow your shipment. Please feel free to inquire of our service.

Purchasing & Sourcing

Because we understand that purchasing from (several) suppliers can be a cumbersome process, dealing with currency exchange issues and not being locally available to deal with issues that might arise, we offer a service to assist you with this as well. So in addition to consolidating, we can support you in the purchasing process. You simply let us know who your preferred supplier is and we take care of the entire process so you can rest assured that your goods are in excellent hands.

Furthermore, if you already have a preferred supplier but wish to compare local suppliers that we can find through our extensive network, we can do that as well.

Making payments in a foreign currency like the Chinese RMB can be a cause of extra cost on your total bottomline. Also, many Chinese websites only accept payments made in RMB. Specific for this reason we have an additional currency exchange service. You can benefit from our better currency exchange rates when placing your order with your preferred supplier or any of the wide range of Chinese websites that you might want to source from.

Quality Control

We understand that it can be frustrating to receive your goods only to find out there has been a quality control issue. To prevent such an unwanted outcome we can perform a quality control at our warehouse before shipping the goods to you. In the case that there is an issue with QC we can return the items to the supplier from our warehouse on your behalf.

Express Parcel Service

The parcel logistics market has some big players like DHL, TNT, FedEx, and UPS that have build a trusted service over the years and to this day are still your fastest option for shipments from China. Because we work together with these parcel service providers in high volumes we can let you, the relative smaller customer, benefit from our reduced rates if you choose to take advantage of this service.

China Post

If transit times are of a lesser concern to you than we can also ship using China Post again at highly reduced rates because of our longstanding partnership with them. China Post is normally more cost-effective for bulky goods/parcels. Bulky goods/parcels are those parcels where volume weight in KG (length x width x height in cm divided by 6000) is bigger than the actual weight and or have an unusual form outside the standard parcel dimensions of 120 x 60 x 60 cm. Furthermore, transit times are around 15 days to most of the countries in the world with a few exceptions and even though a track & tracing code is provided it has been proven to be unreliable at times.
